Principal Minxian shares: “These children also have the right to learn and to be loved. Every life is a unique creation of God, worthy of being cherished and accompanied. We also hope that parents will no longer feel alone, but journey with us on the road of hope.”
Her story began years ago in the classroom, where she saw students with autism often isolated or overlooked. Refusing to remain a bystander, she organized peer support and worked with teachers so these children would never face the world alone. Later, in kindergartens and therapy centers, she again met children with developmental delays and parents carrying silent tears and heavy burdens. Those moments became her unceasing prayers, and God’s repeated confirmation of a calling: this was not just a job, but a sacred trust — a road she must continue to walk.
By faith, she took the courageous step of founding a special education center — investing not just her savings, but her heart, vision, and countless sleepless nights. Limited resources, financial strain, and personal sacrifice brought her close to giving up — yet what sustained her was a love that would not fade, and the hope of seeing each child take small steps of growth.
About a year ago, HHIC stepped in to carry this vision forward as part of its care ministry. Today, HHIC Ipoh shines as both a safe harbor for children and a lifeline for parents, ensuring this mission of love and hope continues to grow.
Looking ahead, the vision in Ipoh is to build an integrated ecosystem of education, family, counseling, and medical support — a place where children grow safely and joyfully, and where parents can rediscover courage and strength through love, hope, and professional support.
